Another Russian «aid» convoy crosses Ukrainian border

Another convoy of trucks that Moscow says is carrying humanitarian aid to Ukrainians in Donbas has crossed the border of Ukraine, the National Center for Crisis Management of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry reported on Thursday.

The convoy was divided into two parts en route: some trucks went to the Donetsk border crossing point, while the other part went to the Matveev Kurgan border crossing point.

It is emphasized that the procedures at the checkpoints were carried out in the presence of the Ukrainian customs and border service officials, as well as OSCE observers.

"After the customs clearance of humanitarian cargo, over 100 vehicles with more than 1,000 tonnes of humanitarian aid were heading towards the unloading points in Donetsk and Luhansk regions," the report says.
