Horror moment gunman in ‘Muslim robes’ opens fire on group in shock London attack

THIS is the shocking moment a man dressed in 'Muslim robes' open fire on a group of young men in north London.

The video, filmed from a balcony overlooking the terrifying scene in Edmonton, shows the man chase after and shoot at a group of men on March 17.

The footage opens with a scene of confusion, with young men shouting as they mill between parked cars.

One man, dressed in what seem to be white Muslim robes, then pulls out a gun and fires it, emitting a loud gunshot noise that causes the other men to scatter in fear.

In broad daylight, the gunman gives pursuit, bursting through a bush as the other terrified men flee across a road, causing traffic to slow.

One of the men, who appears to have been hurt in one leg, is too slow, however, and is soon caught by the man in the white robe.

As the hurt man cowers in fear, the gunman opens fire — although incredibly the young man appears unscathed.

The man once again begins to chase the others but soon turns around and begins running up another busy road instead.

The other men make their way to a waiting car and make a dramatic escape from the scene, which was just half a mile from a primary school.  

As the gunman flees up the road, the cameraman says: "You better run, they're coming for you!"

He later said: "I couldn't believe what I was filming.

"I've never seen anything like that outside my house.

"I was just left wondering what the hell is going on out there.

"It's London, I don't expect to see that sort of stuff."

A Scotland Yard spokesperson confirmed it was aware of an incident in Edmonton yesterday.

No one has been arrested but evidence of a discharged blank firearm was discovered.
