The decision was supported by 259 MPs, News Agency "Coruption.info" correspondent reports.
According to the sponsor of the resolution Oksana Syroid, the purpose of this decision is to create legal framework for presentation of Ukraine's consolidated claims against the Russian Federation in connection with the armed aggression.
She noted that the decision is the first consolidated document of the Parliament which, in the first place, formulates the chronology of Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine: "In particular, this is the first legal document which marks the date of the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war — Feb. 20, 2014."
In addition, the document contains a general list of all the international obligations violated by Russia over the period.
It also lists negative consequences that Ukraine has suffered as a result of the war: occupation of Ukrainian territory, financial losses caused by Russia, casualties, and human rights violations.
The resolution contains a list of demands that Ukraine will consistently insist on at the international level.
