A powerful blast hit the center of Ukraine's capital as the building of Ukrinbank on 10B Voznesensky Spusk was shelled, presumably from a mortar, according to Novoye
"The explosion in the city center. An unidentified man dressed in black came out of the Tavria [vehicle] and fired a mortar shell at the window on the fourth flour floors of the building of the bank," wrote a Hromadske TV reporter on social media.
The powerful explosion was heard in several districts of Kyiv.
Several patrol police vehicles arrived at the scene. Security Service and police have not yet confirmed any information on the incident.
