Four OSCE SMM cars destroyed in arson attack in Donetsk overnight

The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine has reported about an apparent arson attack on its cars in militant-controlled Donetsk.

"4 OSCE armoured vehicles destroyed overnight in apparent arson attack at SMM Donetsk residence. SMM deplores such actions," the OSCE SMM tweeted.

Details will follow, the OSCE SMM announced.

A few days ago, local residents in Donetsk staged a rally near the hotel where OSCE monitors stay. Protesters brought a can of red paint and spilt it outside the hotel building, which symbolized the blood of the killed in shelling.

They demanded that the OSCE SMM visit areas that are under fire.
