Plus-size body activist Tess Holliday has revealed that she is fine with being called fat saying that it is 'just a word'.
The size 26 (US size 22) pin-up told The Guardian that she was taunted about her weight as a child by her now estranged father and has had to learn to deal with criticism.
The 29-year-old Mississippi-born supermodel told the British broadsheet: 'To me it's just a word, but it wasn't until I discovered the body positive community that I became OK with it.
