Pro-Russian militants attack across ATO zone, violate truce

The last 24 hours were tense in the zone of the Anti-Terrorist Operation as the militants were firing at the Ukrainian forces in all sectors, according to the ATO press center.
"Starting 18:00 Kyiv time they were firing on Maiorsk, Zaitseve, and Shumy on Artemivsk direction, using grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms. On Luhansk direction they aimed fire on our positions outside Shchastia from grenade launchers and small arms. In Mariupol direction there was an active sniper, in the area of Shyrokine," reads the statement by the ATO press center posted on Facebook.

As noted, most attacks by the Russian-terrorist mercenaries were recorded on Donetsk direction. Militants engaged BMP-2 weapons, grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms. They attacked Ukraine’s defenders six times near Avdiyivka, three times outside Pisky, and aimed fire on Verhniotoretske, Krasnohorivka and Opytne.
