The 44-year-old Charmed actress, who appeared a little drawn, stepped out in an elegant black Vera Wang dress, which was garnished by a dark coloured leather belt.
Shannen was full of praise for her fellow attendees, and revealed she had a great time when she posted about the event on social media.
She said: 'Such a wonderful evening with inspiring women like @kerrywashington who gave one of the most inspiring speeches and the gorgeous, funny @jessicaalba check out #baby2baby an organization that helps supply necessities for children coming from low income or no income families.

'Thank you @aliparkerkay for inviting me and letting me be a part of your table filled with such great women.
She also praised her styling team, adding: 'And thanks #verawang for making such a comfortable yet stylish dress! Thanks to the amazing @debwakninstylist for years of friendship and her expertise.'
Shannen announced her illness in August, saying in a statement: 'Yes, I have breast cancer, and I am currently undergoing treatment. I am continuing to eat right, exercise and stay very positive about my life.

'I am thankful to my family, friends and doctors for their support and, of course, my fans who have stood by me.'
She spoke out after legal documents were unearthed that showed she was engaging in a battle with her former business manager as he had alleged not paid her health insurance premiums.
According to the papers her cancer could have potentially been stopped by gentler treatment if it had been diagnosed earlier, which would have alleviated the need for a mastectomy and chemotherapy.
