In an effort to change their sex there is nothing usual — about 0.3% of the population (not depending on the country and time) are born with a sense of belonging to the other sex. Several years ago, the British Journal of Urology BJU International conducted a survey of more than 200 people to change their sex from male to female. They all underwent surgical removal of the penis, urethra, and the formation of the movement of the labia. In addition, 93% were awarded the clitoris, created from a portion of the head of the penis and the vagina was formed in 91% of operations.

Age surveyed patients was an average of 43 years (range 19 to 76 years), most of them alternating field for 3 years before the study. 91% was formed by an artificial clitoris, 89% — the vagina. The study found that 23% of transsexuals are regular sex life, 61% are satisfied with the depth of the vagina; 98% of the clitoris sensitive, 48% are able to have an orgasm, 14% of the sensitivity of the clitoris was excessive, but no one wanted to remove the organ.
