Leaky water heater causes gorgeous ice structure on Chinese building

One Chinese city has a new, if temporary, frozen waterfall ‘installation’ after a massive water heater failure.

The seven-story icy structure provided a glimpse of beauty in the midst of a cold snap in the northeastern city of Changchun.

The region China is experiencing a “super cold front” as snowstorms hit the region.Temperatures are expected to fall to minus 36 degrees Celsius.
