An Indonesian Air Force aircraft has crashed onto houses in Malang city, East Java, Indonesia on Wednesday. According to local media, one person has been killed. Residents have been evacuated from the area.
The two crewmembers managed to eject from the aircraft before the crash, the Sydney Morning Herald cited Major Hamdi Londong Alu as saying. However, the Sriwijaya Post claims that both are believed to be trapped under the rubble.

The Super Tucano is a Brazilian-made turboprop aircraft designed for light attack, counter insurgency, close air support and reconnaissance in low-threat environments, and is used for pilot training.
