A LUCKY National lottery ticket holder has come forward to collect the biggest prize ever won in the game.
A single ticket-holder won the life-changing £35,133,888 jackpot in last night's draw.
A National Lottery spokesman said: "We're delighted this ticket-holder has come forward to claim their prize so they can now begin to enjoy their life changing win.”
The massive win has come after four consecutive rollovers on the big draw.
The ticket matched the winning numbers in Wednesday's draw — 50, 57, 31, 17, 41 and 15 and the bonus number was 5.
It has not been revealed whether a syndicate or an individual held the ticket, or where it was bought.
The previous record prize was won by two tickets in January that shared £66 million.
One of the winning tickets was claimed by David and Carol Martin, a couple living in the Scottish Borders. The other winner remained anonymous.
The prize, which was the result of 15 rollovers, broke a 21-year-old record.
A few weeks later, Gerry and Lisa Cannings, from Deeping St James, near Peterborough in Cambridgeshire, snapped up £32.5 million.
Camelot has said that the jackpot will be paid out at a ticket validation appointment and then the winner will decide whether to go public or not.
