PRINCE William and Kate’s India travel plans are in turmoil over fears a deranged Islamic State extremist is planning an attack during their tour.

Authorities are chasing the Sikh-Canadian woman who is thought to be meeting fellow militants in Delhi.

Airports and security services have been placed on high alert as the Royal couple spend their second day in the capital.

A terror warning had already been issued after it was believed three jihadis entered the country.

The trio are allegedly looking to target Delhi, Goa and Mumbai – the city where the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge began their tour.

Officials have drafted in the National Investigation Agency (NIA), which has already detained 25 terror recruits.

The NIA, which has the passport of the female fighter being hunted, is also investigating several ISIS-related cases.

Some 24 Indians have already joined the abhorrent terror group, six of whom have been killed.

Sixteen of the 24 are reportedly still part of the organisation.

An intelligence official said: “In the past, Adil Fayaz Wada, an Indian living in Australia, travelled to Syria to be part of jihad.

“This is the first time, though, that information has been generated of a Sikh living abroad and suspected of having links with ISIS.”
