Mysterious Floating City in China Reported By Hundreds of Shocked Residents

The Internet is abuzz with talk of newly released videos that show a massive and mysterious floating city in the skies above the city of Foshan in the Guangdong province of China.

Foshan residents captured the ghostly alien city that appeared to have a number of skyscrapers and was witnessed by hundreds on video. Parts of the city came almost to a standstill as people stood in the streets, gazing up at the apparition, which appeared to have many skyscrapers. It lasted only a few minutes before it mysteriously disappeared.

Some say it was just an illusion, a mirage, a naturally occurring optical phenomenon in which light rays are bent to produce a displaced image of distant objects or the sky, while others believe, considering China’s rapidly advancing technology, that the vision was a test of a new holographic machine test embarked upon to gauge the reactions of the city’s residents. Or, perhaps it was a temporary look into a parallel universe caused by a vortex between worlds.

Then, there are conspiracy theorists who believe NASA will one day simulate the second coming of Christ through holograms and believe that the mirage is further proof of their theories.

Mysterious Universe reported that a few days after this bizarre incident, people in parts of the province of Jiangxi, China, also reported sighting a ghostly alien city in the sky.

This isn’t the first time that a giant city has been spotted hovering in the sky in the nation. A colossal structure resembling a city with skyscrapers was also seen hovering in the skies over Huangshan City in the southern Anhui province in 2011.
