Police officer kicked in chest so hard she had to have boob job

Richard Stack, from Kingstanding, Birmingham, was detained at the Winson Green facility on 21 June by West Midlands Police detectives working as part of the forceís prison-based investigation team. The 35-year-old pleaded guilty to conveying cannabis and mobile phone memory sticks into the prison; possession with intent to supply a psychoactive substance into prison; possession of cannabis with intent to supply; and possession of oxymethalone tablets with intent to supply. He was jailed at Birmingham Crown Court today (21 July) for 21 months.

A police officer had to have a breast implant replaced after she was kicked in the chest when she went to calls of a fight.

She was kicked by Lee Deakin in January this year in Birmingham city centre. He got involved in the scrap when banter got out of control and police were called.

The city's magistrates court was today shown a video which showed Henderson shouting 'You're all terrorists' and 'the Queen of England is a terrorist' as he was led away by police.   Henderson was accused of having accosted his Muslim victim over her jeans, telling her she should 'take them off', and telling her he would blow up her house.  Ms Alneaimi previously told the court: 'He started calling females on the street prostitutes, predominantly white women, calling them sluts. One woman started crying and ran off.í

It took four or five officers to arrest Deakin, prosecutor Neil Ahuja said.
He said the woman officer had come to help and was standing near Deakin’s legs when he kicked out.

‘She felt an immediate sharp pain in her chest,’ he said. ‘She felt the breath had been knocked out of her and was walked away by one of her colleagues.’

She passed out briefly and doctors feared her implant had ruptured.
However, it turned out that it had folded in on itself and she needed a new operation costing £4,200 after she was left feeling physically disfigured.

Mr Ahuja said: ‘She could not bear to look at her self in the mirror. She became an emotional wreck. She was very distressed and heart broken.’
The officer is now back at work and Deakin, 23, has admitted inflicting GBH. He was given a 20 month prison sentence suspended for two years.

Recorder Reynolds told Deaking that what he had done on the night of the fight was ‘completely unforgivable’.

He added: ‘She has suffered not just pain and discomfort. She has suffered the humiliation to having to go back to the doctors and have an operation again.

‘She has not been even able to cuddle her own child properly. It is absolutely appalling.’

He was ordered to pay £4,200 in compensation and carry out 200 hours of community service.

Robin Morgan, defending, said it had been a single kick and that Deakin, a store manager for a coffee shop, had not intended the far reaching consequences.
