Olivia Munn negotiating to join the cast of ‘The Predator’

Olivia Munn could star opposite Boyd Holbrook (Narcos) in the forthcoming The Predator for director Shane Black. The film is set to start shooting early next year for a March 2018 release. Black wrote the screenplay for the film, alongside Fred Dekker.

According to Heat Vision, Munn will play a scientist opposite Holbrook’s Special Forces commando. The trade also had some more info on the film’s top-secret plot – the story plunks the alien hunter — whom audiences have seen fight in jungles, concrete jungles, frozen wastelands and alien planets — in the harsh environment of … suburbia.

Munn starred as Psylocke in this year’s X-Men: Apocalypse and will next be seen in ensemble holiday comedy Office Christmas Party.
