All she wanted for Christmas were her two DDs — and her dad gave them to her.
Thomas York, of Spring Lake, Michigan, decided to shell out $27,000 to pay for a tummy tuck, excess skin removal and a breast reduction for his 23-year-old daughter, Haleigh, after she lost half her body weight.
Haleigh — a student in Ireland — at one point weighed up to 285 pounds due to a penchant for drinking Mountain Dew with every meal.
The emotional eater loved indulging in Pop Tarts, fried chicken, cake and alcohol.
Thanks to a surgery that helped her remove 80 percent of her stomach last year, along with a healthier diet and exercise regime, Haleigh lost 140 pounds — but was left with extra skin and saggy 38GG breasts that made her feel insecure.
“I didn’t feel like I could fit into clothes made for my size because everyone could see the ripple of excess skin through my clothing,” Haleigh told Caters News.

When she went to her father with her concerns, he offered the generous holiday gift of a designer body.
“My dad has always wanted what was best for me and didn’t want me being uncomfortable anymore after all I had achieved, so he said he would pay for my skin removal surgery,” Haleigh told Caters.
“I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart palpitations, chronic back pain, pelvic floor pain and polycystic ovaries,” Haleigh told Caters.
“It was all a real wake-up call and really embarrassing, which made me realize I needed to change my life,” she added.
Haleigh — who once avoided airplanes and theme parks because she was worried the seat belt wouldn’t fit around her midsection — no longer struggles with social anxiety.
“Male interest in me has gone up, it’s an odd feeling that I get asked out more and talked to at bars, even in retail stores,” Haleigh told Caters.
Haleigh’s father is pleased with his daughter’s new look and said he was happy to reward her for her commitment to changing her life by gaining control of her weight.
“Seeing someone go through bariatric surgery and dealing with the life changes is rough,” Thomas said, adding that his daughter now has opportunities she never had before.
“She was always beautiful, but now she is being asked to do modeling,” he told Caters.
