Donetsk militants repairing railways in Ilovaisk, Debaltseve to transport arms

Illegal armed formations continue repairing infrastructure of the railway stations in Ilovaisk and Debaltseve in Donetsk region to transport weapons by rail. This is reported by Coruption.Info.

"Weapons and ammunition are to be transported by rail," Motuzianyk said.

 

"The acute shortage of qualified personnel and maintenance wagons remains a serious problem for militants now. They're trying to engage civilians, but such attempts are a rare success – people are trying not to cooperate with bandits," he said.
