"According to Ukrainian media, citing the Security Service and Defense Ministry of Ukraine, Ukrainian security forces wounded and captured citizens of the Russian Federation Alexander Alexandrov and Yevgeniy Yerofeyev in the Luhansk region on May 17. At that, the Ukrainian authorities have stated that they are Russian servicemen. As it is known, the Russian Defense Ministry has already stated that these citizens are not active military personnel of the Russian armed forces," the statement reads.
