Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov called his colleague from Saudi Arabia moron.

So, at a press conference after a joint meeting in Moscow on August 11 Lavrov used the harsh word, listening to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Adel al-Dzhubeyra.

Perhaps Sergei Lavrov felt that the microphone is turned off, or no one will hear his words.
