After the liberation of German-occupied territories of European countries, thousands of women who are in relationships with German soldiers and officers were subject to humiliating and brutal executions of their fellow citizens.

Especially popular such breaches were the French. After years of occupation, many vented their anger on these girls.

The campaign to identify and reprisals against collaborators, known as «L'épuration sauvage», about 30 thousand women, suspected of having links with the Germans were subjected to public humiliation.

But about one aspect shamefully silent for decades — children born to German soldiers. They were rejected twice — born out of wedlock, the fruit of an enemy.

According to various estimates, in the same French were born more than 200 thousand so-called "children of the occupation," but oddly enough, the same French treated them the most loyal, confining only a ban on the names of the German and study German. Although there have been cases of attacks on the part of children and adults, many mothers refused, and they were brought up in children's homes.

In Norway, these girls were about 15 thousand, and five thousand who gave birth from the Germans, were sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor, and nearly all children from giving the government declared mentally disabled and sent to a home for the mentally ill.
