A DEPUTY police and crime commissioner claims his Twitter account was hacked after it highlighted dozens of tweets by PORN stars.

The tweets that reportedly appeared on Paul Robinson's account were published on the political website Guido Fawkes on Wednesday afternoon.

It claimed that among the 460 'likes' on his personal Twitter account were dozens of tweets by raunchy female porn stars and adult models — several allegedly included naked women in sexually suggestive poses.

Some were reportedly sandwiched between other 'likes' of posts by Humberside Police and Crime Commissioner candidate Matthew Grove and Humberside Police.

I can resolutely deny visiting or liking any of these sites mentioned and can only presume my twitter account must have been hacked in some way
Deputy police and crime comminsioner Paul Robinson
Mr Robinson yesterday denied visiting the sites and said that his Twitter account must have been hacked.

The first likes reportedly dated back to November 2014 and until March this year.

All were allegedly visible on his Twitter account until Wednesday afternoon — many of the likes were linked to an adult model called Rebecca More who describes herself as "international plaything" and "English totty".

Just over an hour after Guido Fawkes story appeared, and after the Hull Daily Mail had contacted Mr Robinson, the 'likes' reportedly started to be deleted from his account.

It was claimed the last 'like' was an adult tweet posted by self-styled "filthy" porn star Rebecca More tweet in March this year.

The same month Mr Robinson attended an event at Hessle High School, East Yorkshire.

He tweeted: "At @HessleHigh for live @NotInOur link- up with schools to help protect against sexual exploitation as part of #CSEDay16 #notinourcommunity"

On Wednesday afternoon the Hull Daily Mail asked Mr Robinson for a comment following the story on the Guido Fawkes political blog

In a message via Twitter he said: "Out on the campaign trail, Let me check."

He later sent an email saying: "I can resolutely deny visiting or liking any of these sites mentioned and can only presume my twitter account must have been hacked in some way."

Mr Robinson, who is also a school governor, uses the account to tweet regular posts about his work as Humberside's deputy police and crime commissioner and as a Conservative Party activist.

In his Deputy PCC role he has played a key part in promoting Not In Our Community, a campaign funded by his boss, police and crime commissioner Matthew Grove.

Asked for his response, Mr Grove refused to comment describing the issue as a "non-story".
