Brand new car ripped in half after transporter goes under low bridge

The 49-year-old of Swanley, Kent, said: ‘I was sat in the office and there was an almighty crash. Hearing the noise I just thought, ‘What the hell has gone on?’
‘I went out the back to have a look and just next to the bridge there was this car transporter parked up with a car totally crushed and the roof ripped off.

‘The car was hanging down in the middle of the transporter and it had obviously hit the other cars that were on there.

‘If there had been another car it could have come off the back and it couldn’t have been quite tragic.
