Commentary has always been an integral factor in the wrestling business. From Gorilla Monsoon to Jim Ross, several men have added life to battles by bringing their emotions into it.
One such commentator is Mauro Ranallo, who has gained instant impact and following his work on the mic. But several tweets from Justin LaBar have indicated that “The voice of SmackDown” may leave the company. Here are the series of tweets by LaBar:
LaBar also provided the reason behind his thoughts. He believes that with Ranallo’s contract with the company almost coming to an end and the inclusion of Tom Phillips as the fourth member of the SmackDown announcement team, Ranallo could be on his way out of the WWE.LaBar also added that he is a huge fan of Ranallo’s work himself, but feels that the commentator also tends to violate the company’s policy.
I enjoy Mauro's different voice but have reason to believe he was transition in a time of brand split and need to give Cole a break. #WWETLC

Mauro is fun & calls the matches with a real aspect that some enjoy BUT does a lot of what the company policy says not to do. #WWETLC
Those who think I don't like @mauroranallo=very wrong. Always said I enjoy his work. Certain decisions in WWE recently concern me for him.

Ranallo has been one of the bright spots in SmackDown Live! and is a fresh addition to the original commentary team.
His work has gathered high praise from critics as well as viewers, who state that Ranallo has brought back seriousness into commentary. Apart from that, he has been called the best announcer since Jim Ross.

Mauro's contract coming up & they add another play by play man & make 4 man team? Plus, he's good his way but not what #WWE loves. #WWETLC
