This is the terrifying moment two men held up a supermarket armed with a gun and kitchen knife.
Police have released CCTV footage of the robbery at a Co-op in Eltham, south east London, in the hope of tracking down the two thugs who threatened staff.

A quantity of cigarettes and cash was stolen by the suspects, who were described as males, aged between 18 and 22.

At the time of the robbery one of the men, is described as black, wearing a dark Ralph Lauren hooded jumper, dark Ralph Lauren tracksuit bottoms, dark Nike cap and a black balaclava. He was armed with a knife.
Police described the second suspect as wearing black knee-length tracksuit bottoms, white socks pulled up and black trainers and a navy blue Nike hooded top.
Following the robbery the suspects made their getaway in a waiting white Range Rover Evoque which was driven by a third suspect.
Thankfully staff were not injured during the ordeal.
