Billionaires named Liu Han penalty in China

China has executed billionaire Liu Han, who was found guilty on 13 articles of the Criminal Code of the PRC. This execution was another proof of the fact that in China all are equal before the law. Well, almost all. 

According to the publication South China Morning Post, Liu Hanyu sentence was handed down in May last year. He was found guilty on 13 articles of the Criminal Code. 
 

The investigation revealed that one of the richest inhabitants of the Chinese secretly headed a large criminal groups engaged in murders, illegal arms trafficking and the casino. 
 

Hanlong Group, Liu Han which was founded in 1997 and has one of the largest suppliers of iron ore in the world, at the same time had been fined 300 million yuan (3, 1 billion rubles) for providing false information to obtain bank loans. 

Together with Liu Ghanem were executed and four people from his inner circle. 
 

According to Hong Kong journalists, Liu Han was closely associated with the former head of State Security Zhou Yongkang, which allowed him to avoid responsibility for a long time. In December last year, Zhou Yongkang was removed from office, stripped of party ticket. It is expected that in the near future he will be charged with corruption. According to investigators, the former head of the KGB took bribes and promoted to high positions of their relatives and friends
