East Baton Rouge DA Recuses Himself from Alton Sterling Police Shooting Case

East Baton Rouge District Attorney Hillar Moore III has rescued himself in the Alton Sterling shooting investigation, he announced today.

He cited a relationship with the parents of one of two officers placed on leave after their involvement in the fatal shooting of 37-year-old Sterling last week in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
