The FBI reportedly interviewed A-list actress Angelina Jolie for four hours regarding the bombshell incident that transpired aboard a private jet, in which her former husband and actor Brad Pitt reportedly became physical with Maddox, their 15-year-old son.
The 41-year-old actress “fully cooperated” with the investigation, who also questioned “some of her kids,” Us Weekly reported.
“The agents wanted a breakdown of everything that happened from when the plane took off to when it landed. They’re looking into charges of assault,” a source revealed.
The source also noted that the FBI “will likely investigate for another few weeks” and will then present the case to the state’s prosecutor, who will further appraise the situation.
Alternatively, the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services is also investigating the allegations made by Jolie on 52-year-old Pitt.
According to another source, both individuals do not wish to get involved in any case as “everything the FBI and DCFS investigate, will potentially be made available to the public.”
It was initially alleged that the “Fight Club” star became verbally physically abusive with his children while intoxicated on a flight from France to California on September 14th.
Angelina Jolie filed for divorce on September 19th, citing irreconcilable differences, and requested primary custody of their children.
The former power couple has since entered into a temporary custody agreement, which permits Pitt to have supervised visitation with his kids.
