"On Wednesday, the Ukrainian troops were pulling back tanks from the contact line in the Mariupol sector. Today, our combat vehicles will be removed at a distance of at least 15 km in the Donetsk sector," the report says.
The press center also said that the ceasefire had allowed the Ukrainian side to focus on repairs to infrastructure in Donbas.
"The National Security and Defense Council pays much attention to this issue. Power transmission lines, water pipes, telecommunications and many other [infrastructure] facilities are being restored. The telephone service, both the landline and mobile one, has resumed in the town of Kurakhove, while work is under way to restore it in other localities," the press center said.
In addition, mine clearance specialists constantly receive requests for the removal of mines at civil facilities.
